DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE!

We ordered an entire set of Baby furniture and paid over $2000.00 in April. It is now going on the end of August and we still don't have everything we ordered. For this entire time they have telling us it will be here in 2 weeks. 2 Weeks comes and they make up some other BS excuse about why it is going to be another 2 weeks. They have turned what should be a special experience in putting together a nursery, into nothing but a stressful nightmare. My wife is due anyday and we still don't have our complete order. We have had enough and our going tomorrow to cancel our order.

These people have very suspect business practices and horrible customer service once you actually pay for your order. They blame everything on the manufacturer. When we call the manufacturer they say there is no problem at all with people getting the items that we ordered. Which means that Cribs 2 Teens probably has horrible credit with the factory and can't get their items on time I am sure. Regardless I will never step foot in this store again. I encourage anybody else to drive the extra few minutes to Baby Town in Northridge and save yourself the grief.

My wife's sister ordered a bedroom set from them and it took almost a year to get the correct furniture. They went through the barrage of similar stories and excuses. But, because of the convenience of Cribs 2 Teen being so close we decided to give them another chance. The lady assured us that what happened to my wifes sister was a unique circumstance and wouldn't happen again. Well you can see that that was BS.

I have told all our our pregnant friends, everybody in our baby classes, and all of my friends on facebook to stay away from this store. Please help pass the word and save somebody else the stress.
