They were neither apologetic nor helpful
I bought one crib, one mattress, one bed sheet. The mattress showed up, the bed sheet showed up but the crib which was indicated to be in stock and to ship within 4 days didn't show up as promised. So, I called them 3 days after the last day of the scheduled delivery and they said they had to contact the manufacturer!!! I'm not quite sure why they waited 20 days to contact the manufacture on an item I ordered that was supposed to ship more than two weeks prior. So, in addition to having misleading information on their website the customer service was terrible. They were neither apologetic nor helpful in finding out when my crib would come. If they had said the company couldn't provide them a product on time that would have been understandable, but I asked if that was the case and they were evasive which makes me think that they just didn't want to sell the item at the sale price. The item is still listed on their site as in stock to ship within a few days. So, after waiting one month for an item that was supposed to be in stock, I had to give up. I wonder if they just put up a cheap price online so that other companies have to match their price. They are owned by netshops so I would avoid them too.

Completely unhelpful
I was drawn in by their slightly lower prices than other online retailers, as well as their quick ship date. However, their ship date was completely fabricated. It came and went - no delivery. I called customer service daily and their call center in India was not able to provide me with any info. finally, after 2 weeks, I asked them to cancel my order and they assured me that they had - so I went and bought alternate furniture. I did ask for email confirmation, but this si something they seem completely incapable of providing. Sure enough, the furniture shipped from cribs.com and they are completely unwilling to work with me. Due to the weight, it will cost me about the same to ship it back as it did to buy it. Their customer service line is incompetent and compeltely unhelpful (although they are always very polite while telling you that you are completely screwed). Please save your self time, money and aggravation and buy from anyone other than cribs.com!!!

Incomplete delivery of paid merchandise
I bought 3 compact crib mattresses (3 in.) online from Cribs.com on Feb. 19, 2009. I only received 1 box of mattress. I called FEDERAL EXPRESS about it, they said there was only 1 box of mattress that was delivered to my address.
I have e-mailed and called Cribs.com several times and just getting the run-around and keeps transferring my call to different people.
I still need to receive 2 crib mattresses and they don't tell me when they are going to send them to me. I told them I need a refund if they are not going to send the merchandise that I ordered and paid for already.

Would not do any business with this company again
The product I ordered from Cribs.com (Netshops) a while ago was recalled, so I contacted the company to receive a refund. They notified me that they submitted a refund to my original payment (AMEX) on January 19th, 2009. Today is April 8th, i never received a refund, I contacted AMEX a while ago and they told me transaction never taken place. Apparently Cribs.com just decided to tell me that they refunded the money (While they did not!). I'm very upset about this situation and would like to warn potential customers - do not have business with people who would not stand behind their words!

Misleading color/ misleading cancelation policies
hello there! I am in the middle of a nightmare with this online store, which by the way is the same as Netshops, Inc. the website is Cribs.com and have the misleading furniture picture color, i tried to cancel within the following 5 minutes and here we are a week later, with the same problem trying to cancel, over the phone, multiple emails, it's just ridiculos.
Now we have to wait for a MRA #, pay for shipping and restocking fees, because they claimed they couldn't canceled the order (took a 7 days and we still haven't been able to cancel).
This is so unfair to take advantage of people, sensible pregnant women, and passing the ball to a costumer service rep, to another costumer serv. rep, so they will be able to ship the items and force you to pay shipping and restocking fees.
Please don't go over the same pain as me, and just pass the voice to other mothers and expectant mothers, we don't deserve to be treated like that.
