Cricket told me, that I was going to get a $50 rebate, but when I get on line and go to mycricket.com and go to rebate and check the status on it. They tell me I won't get the rebate. So, I'm just pissed about it. I'm going to get to the bottom of this. I filled out all of my papers that I needed to and sent them off in time, so I don't know what's going on.

It's pretty easy to tell how much Cricket Broadband sucks...
It has a bad average speed of 60kbs-which is ok enough for me to play games online against others (like fps's)
But at the night hours (7pm-6am), the service will often disconnect or go to very bad speeds like 10 kbs or worse. Rendering your internet activites nearly impossible to wait for, as you might be sitting still for a minute or two waiting for a web site to pop up.
On games like Mabinogi and Combat Arms, the latency will go to 5-8 seconds of delay on every one of your actions. SAD.(during "night" hours.)
There's no way to contact them other by phone. And no link to contact them by e-mail. WHICH IS BS!!! I should've looked out for this stuff earlier, and now i had to pay the price for my fail to review this sad product and service before buying it.
Dont get this service unless all u like to do is look at web-pages. Because this service is too slow and adrupt to match up to its "unlimited 3g internet" deal.

We live in the country and cant get nothing but dial up. well we heard about cricket broadband, so we called customer support, and went into a dealer and both promised the broadband would work here. we bought 2 broadbands, and when we purchased them we again stressed where we live, and she again swore they would work fine, and before we left she handed us or refund papers, and told us we have 30 days to return for any reason. well we get them home, get them on the computers and nothing... the green circle lit up but no blue lines..well after 4 phone calls to the dealer, and 5 hours on the phone with customer service, it still didnt work and they told us, sorry we cant help you. well after 4 days of fighting and argueing with the dealer and customer service, I finally got a hold of a supervisor, he told me well you shouldnt of been sold the broadband in the first place because you are to far out of the area to get service, and to call the dealer to get a refund, now mind you this is the 4th day, i call the dealer and see says ummm well you had to bring it back in THREE days to get a refund. I said no you told us both 30 days, and why didnt you tell me that I only had 3 days to return it on the phone when I talked to you the same day I bought it and told you it didnt work here she once again said nope I said 3 days and hung up on me, and wont answer the phone to my number now. Customer Service says there is nothing they can do either, if i would of bought it online I would of had 30 day to return it for a refund. Does anyone have any suggestions. Corporate number or e mail anything will help at this point.

I have been trying to contact cricket to get my $50, 00 rebate check, the phone# thats on my invoice has been disconnected, I have found another phone# on the back of the invoice and called it, it's all recordings that does not help me in any way, so I called that number back and pushed 1 for new service, then I could finally talk to a person, and explained my situation, all they could do is give me a number that has been disconnected or the same number that is a recording that does not help me, I went to the Cricket store, and that person could not help me at all, all she could do is give me the same number that I have already called, I asked the person at the cricket store if she could disconnect my service, and she can't even do that, people that were waiting in line told me to just leave the store, because they had to wait too long, as I'm getting ready to leave, she told me, just don't pay your bill, I see that I'm not the only person that's having problems with Cricket,

This service is pure slow. It runs about as slow as dial up keep . I would go back to dial up but I would have to share a phone line. It's already bad enough we can't get high speed internet where we live.
