Tampered with Camera on Phone
Took phones in to have flashed. camera on the phones came back blurred. went back to store to inquire about what happened and spoked with James Yu at store 16251 South Post Oak, C1 Houston, Texas 77053. He was very rude and did'nt want to listen to anything i had to say. his worker Diana, was very rude in front of my twelve year old daughter and i dont appreciate this after giving them 160.19 to complete my phone service . i m asking for a refund of my money and my phone should be fixed by cricket. i feel this is a fraud transaction, and question whether they have a license to operate. due the fact that my customer ticket copy does not show the exact money i paid for these phone services. its showing 37.19 and the second one shows zero paid. i do have a copy of my reciept from the bank card transaction and a bank statement show how much money i paid to these people. i would very much appreciate a respond as soon as possible. thank you... Poorest Service, no professionalism, no respect nor responsability and exploitation of workers
First off all don't get cricket and definately make sure to write everything down. Everytime I call their customer service I end up speaking to someone in a foreign country like Panama, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Puerto Rico and rarely in the U.S. Plus they don't don't know how to treat a customer, they have no respect for you at all and they live of each customer's payments. So what we pay for our phone bill keeps backstabbing companies like "Cricket" going. Another thing is that they change your plans without your authorization, they open you separate accounts under your name and say that the plans one gets at a local store are not real and are forgeries or flukes. Which is very ridiculous. Second, they hang up on you over the phone and don't want you to speak with a supervisor when you ask for one and if they let you speak to one "Don't believe them" you end up talking to one of their friends who is supposed to be their supervisor. That's enough, we should all do something about this and make cricket responsible for what they've done or have them shut down. plus it sounds like they are another phone company that went down the drain years ago and is hiding behind the name oc Cricket. Third, they exploit their workers and contract workers outside of the U.S. because its cheap labor. But they are not helping the economy here at all. So, if the vice president or CEO of Cricket reads this. Don't be a stuck up for your wealth and luxurious riches that you get thanks to the money of hard working people. That even don't get time to breath or rest just to keep up with the bills. STOP HARRASSING CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE AND IN THE STORES!!! AND ANOTHER THING CRICKET, STOP TELLING PEOPLE FALSE STORIES OR TELLS LIES!!
People don't recommend cricket to others or to your families. "it is better to be safe than sorry" and try to find other legit companies that are worthy and remain true to their word. We need to do something about Cricket and stop them from keeping this going. Or at least get them to to what is right and treat customers right in every single aspect possible.
