i bought a cricket phone here in Chicago back in December and I had nothing but problems with it loosing signal, couldn't hear on it even with the volume turned up it still happened. I went back to the dealer that i bought it from and he said that the phone was faulty and it needed to be replaced so i chosen a different one. then to my worse imagination things got worse. They would disconnect my services 2 days before my payment was due, then they tell me that they don't have a program for 35$ a month 4 months after i paid for it and been paying 35$ a month for a full 30 days. So, I go to the cooperate store on Milwaukee here in Chicago and they told me that they don't have the 35$ plan and never had but then i would have to pay an additional payment by the 18th of May or i would loose my services still again and i paid 35$ for my monthly plan and i still have to pay an additional 18$ to resume my services. the man the dealer where i got it from told me when i got my phone replaced that i was paid up for another month and i would be ok. but also when it didn't happen i went back into him and he was rude, cruel, even still to another customer and he told me when i paid my bill it would be turned back. i reminded him that he told me that the 504 i paid was for the transfer fees, the phone and my bill and he told me that i was nothing but a lying slut and get out of the store. when i asked for a receit he told me move on down the street. I waited for a few days and went back in and this was when he told this other customer he didn't pay to much, and he will pay what he says and he was not going to reciept. So it is another month and i went over to milwaukee cooperate to pay my phone, my 35$ plan like i was told it would be and then i got told, "oh we don't have a plan for 30 days unlimited for 35$, you would still need to pay another 18$ by the 18th or your services will be terminated. well guess what here it is the 17th and my services have been terminated and i will have to pay an additional 18$ plus 15$ to resume my services. Now I don't know where they can get off doing this thing charging for rip off charges, and not to mention additional charges that i was never told about back in december. I don't know where they get off ripping off people in this city for wanting a cell phone. i don't understand how this company can even stay in business by having rude and cruel people working for them and then the cooperate store lies to me. What can you do to stop this? I know i am out of my money. I thought every business was suppose to give you a reciept but cricket don't give a reciept. I don't understand why and where they get off ripping customers off and it is just simply ok and they get away with it. thank you for your time and communication..
