buying online product
We tried to order a phone and service from their website several times. They said our information (all of which is correct and works with other companies online just fine) wont work with their computer system, so we cant order over the phone or online with them, and they wont do anything about it. They want us to go buy a prepaid credit card instead so that we can do business with them.

Over paying on my bill
On May 27, 2011 I paid my phone bill online. I did not realize I forgot to change the amount paid, so I paid for two months of service instead of one. I called the customer service number to see what I could do to get reimbursed for the overpayment. They told me I had to send a copy of my bank statement to them. I went to the bank on May 31, 2011 and had them fax a copy of my statement to the number I was provided with. I called them when I got home to see if it was received, but they couldn't tell me if it was or not. I waited until the next day and called again. Then the man told me I needed to go to a local cricket store and when I asked where the fax was sent to he put me on hold. When he came back he said it was being processed. I called back the next day and was told I needed to go to the bank again and have another copy of my bank statement sent to them again. I did that. I called back on June second and talked to a supervisor named Tara who said she would have it put back into my account in three days. It should have been in there on the 11th of June, but it still isn't. Everytime I call now the automated service just keeps saying all associates are assiting other customers. I called the store where I purchased my phones and he gave me another number. I called it and it says the same thing. I just want my money that is due back to me. I have never had my phone shut off because I didn't pay. Please help me because your customer service people do not know what they are doing.

Billing
They cut my wife's phone off when the bill is already paid.
I bought mine first, and then I bought hers. We let my son's phone terminate because of the poor phone service as well as poor customer service. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH CRICKET.
They bill and expect payments every three weeks, and continuously text our phones.
I called as well as went in person to give my wife permission to discuss information about our acccount, but they won't abide by my wishes.
The service constantly cuts out. My sister has Cricket and said they're service sucks! Pardon the bad word.
I'm glad there are no contracts with Cricket! That's the only good thing I can say about them!

Poor Service
This company may have the best rate plan but with the poor Voice Quality of Service and incoherent Customer support, this is not worth the reduced cost to me
