bad phone service lost singles had 2 buy 2 extra phones because of poor products rude support tech"s
i have three now my 2 teen-agers needed phones which i bought, less than 1 month i had 2 buy another1 45.00 they credit me 35.00 . once more three my other kid, phone problems, i complaned they charged me 10.00 at the cricket store .now im lossing singles, drop-calls, no signal, lost-calls .rude support tech .passed from tech 2tech .now i have 3 lines which may or may-not work.cheap deals cheap service.

The run around and poor service
I am tired of being on phone trying to get my money. They shut you off if you dont pay on time, But I can sit here and wait for the money owed to me. That is not rite. Everytime I called I got the run around. First it was I had to wait 45 days of uninterupted service. Done that no check. Called again now they were proccessing it. Later still no check. Called again, now they say I need to wait 10-12 weeks... I have never heard of waiting that long for anything. Now my bill is due again...Should I pay it or tell them where to put their service!!! It isnt all that anyways. I loose connection after a while on it. Lost connection for some time and sat on hold for over an hour. When they finnaly answered they said they are out nationwide. Well am I gonna get credited for that time...I dont think so. I just called again looking for my check and they still tell me I have to wait 10-12 weeks. Why dont they tell you this stuff when you buy it. I dont think its rite. I am now calling my local new Call 4 action to look into this. DONT BUY CRICKET.

Bad Service
I have been having dropped calls, receiving text msgs weeks later. Sometimes my phone will automatically resend text messages.There are days when the phone doesn't even ring, so I am missing over 50% of my calls. This is a new phone, but Cust Svc said it was probably the phone, so I purchased a new one...same thing.
I have more family with the same issue, we are all leaving CROOKED, i mean CRICKET WIRELESS.

Poor service
I have had the absolutely worst service with Cricket. My phone doesn't work correctly and I call the corporate office, only I can't get a person on the phone. I then go to the corporate store on Pineville Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC, only to have the store manager Will tell me that there's nothing he can do and that I should call the corporate number. In addition to my phone not working correctly (dropping calls, inability to access voice mail), my phone bill is wrong. They have charged me an additional $30 dollars and I received the same run-around: 1-800-cricket tells me to go to the store to have it corrected and the store tells me to call 1-800-cricket to have it corrected. Needless to say I am canceling my service and urge consumers to think twice before giving this company any business.

poor customer service and rude treatment
i am writing because i would like someone from your corporate office to call me in regards to the way your customer service reps and supervisors treat people on the telephone, this is not very professional no customer service like.

i was treated very rudely and spoken to like i'm a piece of garbage and I don't deserve to be treated like that since i pay for my sons phone bill and have used your service for almost a year now.

i want to see what can be done in regards to this matter and would like to hear from someone as soon as possible.

Customer Service
Cricket has the worst customer service EVER!!! I sent their corporate office an email on December 11, 2008, it is now January 30, 2009 and I have not heard from them. I was charged for ring back tones which I never ordered and my text messages dont work half the time. Cricket is the biggest rip off! The wont credit my account until the issue is resolved but yet they wont resolve the issue. I have been a cricket customer for 2 years and they do not care about their customers ever. I suggest to everyone that is considering Cricket for their service provider...use someone else!! They charge you for everyting and do not care if you are a satisfied customer at all!!

Pathetic Customer Service
Would not recommend doing business with this company in any capacity whatsoever to my worst enemy. The dealers give out misinformation with reckless abandon, then corporate customer service (if you can even get through to a human being), amidst a time consuming charade of buck passing, 800 number shuffling, and further misinformation, practically, and sometimes literally, refuses to acknowledge any relationship whatsoever to their retail outlets. I was both a voice and broadband customer for two months, and quite frankly (IMHO), I don't know how anyone who accepts a paycheck from this company sleeps at night - but then again, there are countless companies (and government agencies) to which this rhetoric applies.

Disconnections
Purchased a Cricket broadband wireless modem. Have current AVG protection on my computer and have Windows XP. with the latest Firefox as a browser. The internet disconnects for no apparent reason and takes a long time to restart. I use to re-start the computer and this would help. Now when it boots you off for no reason I can get back on for hrs. No I have to run the installation DISC and follow the set up process again. Have they sold more modems than they can handle?

customer service
This is the unlisted number of the main cricket store. 912 920 5690. This phone is never answered by a physical person. The service reps at 1800 cricket don't or won't even give out this number. Cricket has charged me 40 dallors for a returned check that they never even recieved. They charged me another 25 dallors for a stop payment few that I ordered and rectified...To make a long story short... Cricket Wireless fucking sucks. I recomend all dissatisfied customers to write the BBB, because remember, someone is getting rich by ripping us off. This isn't even touching on the subject of roaming while within my coverage area. And it's like WTF are the customer service reps even getting paid for? They seem to never be able to really assist you or to put you in contact with someone who can.

no service
The worst serive I have ever experianced. Between dropped calls and the inability to get through to customer service has caused me to drop this company.
When I was finally able to get through to a person by using my new provider to call an "inside" line, that person tried to send me back to 1-800-Cricket. When you call that number you end up transfering through a maze of useless messages where filannly you are asked to leave a messeage that is suposed to be returned within 3 business days. Well three messages later, two weeks of waiting, still no returned calls.
Anyone considering using Cricket as their wireless provider should think about it.
