BAD PHONE
I bought a new Samcuns u340 because I wanted a camera phone. after less than 2 days, I was unable to receive pic. messages. I called Cricket and they had me do the usual reset by taking the battery out and restarting phone. *228 blah blah blah. It didn't work so I went to the Cricket store I had bought the phone from and was told it was a network issue, that it would be fixed within the week. Well it has now been 2 weeks and after calling the 800# SEVERAL times a day, and getting re-routed over and over again to the automated system (ALL REPS. ARE BUSY HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS, BUT OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL BE GLAD TO HELP YOU) . tHIS IS AFTER TRYING SEVERAL DIFFERENT TACTIS TO JUST GET A LIVE PERSON ONLINE! So here I go, BACK to the Cricket store across town. I was told that it was a software issue and it would be fixed. BUT, they had no idea when. I actually asked if it would be tomorrow or in 6 months, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. I offered to pay the difference in an phone upgrade and was told I had to pay for a new phone outright. No refund would be given because the phone would be fixed EVENTUALLY!!!My opinion is that Cricket really loves to get new custoimers but doesn't care about keeping them. Their customer service is non exisitent. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SERVICE OR PHONES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I SHOULD ALSO MENTION THAT I HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AND ONLINE. BOTH TO NO AVAIL.

Profoundly poor service!
For over 1 month, the duration of paying for Cricket Wireless phone service, literally 100% of my calls have been dropped. Following protocol as per Cricket Wireless, 3 weeks after my initial complaint, Cricket Wireless exchanged my phone for an identical one. With identical problems, guaranteed dropped calls. Cricket Wireless refuses to answer my complaints and yet insists on refusing to reimburse me for my paying for a service that does not work, and, insists on continued payment for further service. There has got to be a class action lawsuit brought against Cricket Wireless and I HIGHLY recommend any person with an account with Cricket Wireless to pursue a class action lawsuit against this company.

Shotty phones shotty service
It seems almost impossible in my area to find a Cricket store that is actually open during the actual posted times. My bill was due I was out, needed to pay my bill and see about a replacement phone and five different locations were closed during posted operating hours! I have never had a phone that didn't last for less than a year, well, that was until now. My wifes phone is held together with tape and mine will no-longer hold a charge and as of today, won't even turn on. Now I am told I have to fork over $100 bucks in order to replace both phones. If I had been told that at the purchase point I wouldn't have purchased the "Replacement Plan". Once this payment goes through I will be going through a contract company.

Webmobile sucks!
I purchased a new phone that cost $250, after using the phone I originally purchased with the company two years ago. After purchasing the phone I was told I could only use their webmobile feature to download ringtons, graphics and games. But this feature sucks. All the objects in this feature is old or boring and they don't use and third party service to compliment their lacking service. Ringtones and very marketable now and its crazy that their downloads are all old. They need to upgrade this service and quickly. All the tones and graphics that come on the phone are very simple and unattractive. In this day of phone downloading they are very behind and they need to address this problem as soon as possible.

I will fight this to the end!
I had my phone service disconnected when I ported my number to another service provider and then talked to customer service at Cricket to make sure that I would not be debited anymore on my automatic payment plan. They assured me I would not. I find out they are still debiting me. I call customer service and I report the problem they tell me that it is a pro-rated charge for the previous month. B.S.!!! We pay up front for our service or we don't get service the next month. I get the run around from everyone at Cricket. Quite simply, they suck! I will fight this to the end!

Incorrect billing
Cricket Wireless - billing incorrect, Cricket 800 number was disconnected, another time it was a phony number.
I have talked with several Cricket Phone users and have heard the same thing from them that I am having. They tried endless times to have things corrected, going to the Cricket office in Salem and being told they have to call the 800 number. It is a merry go round.
My cricket statement for Oct. stated they had not received my payment and if I didn't pay up immediately they would shut off my phone. I tried calling the 800 number and it came out more like a 900 number, then the second time - it was disconnected.
I checked with my bank and it verified the fact that the check was written on Sept. 4 and cashed on the 26th. This is the second time they "seemed" not to have gotten a check on time that was mailed 3 or more weeks ahead of the due date. Further, they charged me $15.50 in fees (which were for an insurance item I did not request).
I can't seem to get any one to actually help me with this mess. The store in town just passes the buck. I end up getting my service cut off for 10 days...I don't want it to happen again but I don't want to pay the $15.50 fee I did not order.

Haven't received my cell phone
I ordered a cricket wireless cell phonefrom www.1800mobiles.com on a Saturday, the confirmation page said it would be a three day delivery. A week later I still had no phone so I emailed the customer service department of the parent company to Cricket (because the actual cricket company will not speak to you unless you have a cricket phone number). The parent company did not answer my questions directly but instead gave me a tracking number to track my package via Fed-Ex. I tracked it and according to the tracking system the phone was picked up the day I emailed them (which was a week after the actual order date) which lead me to believe that had I not emailed them and asked where my phone was, it would take a great while longer to get my phone then advertised. I will still give their service a try but so far I am unhappy with the way they have done business and I am not even a full customer yet.
