NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH SUCH A INCOMPETENT COMPANY..I have called the compant on many occasions non of which did I speak with someone in the United States. I today spoke with 7 cricket reps in 7 different countries. Not cities, countries. Non of which had the "authority to halp me." Cricket needs to bring the customer service back home and pull there heads out of the drain, which is where there horrble service is. Dont ever but cricket cell phones. And if you do dont ever expect to speak to someone in the United States. Unless your a new customer. Which is a different story. As a new customer they will treat you like gold for the first 45 days. Or untill you have an issue in which you need to speak to a representitive of cricket. Then forget it, you might as well kick your self multiple times in unheard of places it will be less painful. Booo Cricket. If your gonna do business in the United States. Keep it here as much as you can. Chasing after that bottom line is old school. Get with the service you bunch of l00s3rs. Good luck to anyone who is fed up enough with cricket wireless to read this. And if your looking for a cell phone service. DONT EVER BUY CRICKET.

I ordered a phone from cricket wireless was guranteed over nite shipping well 4 days later and no phone, I had called each day and was told it would ship that day well 4 days later was finaly told it was on back order and would ship the next week so I canceled the order and went to the local store and purchased the phone. well along with all this i had to keep calling the web order people which is either india or pakastan and everyone is named steve or andy must be confusing when you hollar some ones name over there. Well anyway a week later I received an email stating my phone has shipped and they charged my card which got a nsf from the bank cause i spent the money at the local store but my bank coverd the purchased and charged me 31.00 to do so. Well I called steve agin in pakastain and was told to refuse shipment and i would be credited back the money but they wont pay me the 31.00 for the nsf which was their fault anyway well 2 weeks later i received a partial refund of 64.00 I am still owed 50.00 so I called web order again but this time to my big surprise I got nick in pakastain and was told it could take up to a month to get all the money refunded to me. So be warned do not purchase your phone from online or the phone go to the local store. This is a piss poor way to do business if I had known it was going to be this much trouble I would never have done this. Getting ready to call the better business beauro.

I should have known reading the countless complaints about this company before I signed up. But hey, I guess you can't fix stupid. This place has the worst customer service (INDIA) and constantly over charges your account. Total rip off and scam and the signal totally sucks. I lasted 3 months and finally dumped them.

Idiots!
I have just had it! My service was great for the 1st year but then went to hell! #1...I can rarely get in touch with a customer rep. that speaks English. They have screwed me over on billing, turned my phone off WHEN I JUST WALKED INTO THE STORE AND PAID IT! I save all my receipts and confirmation numbers. When I take the damn receipt in they say they DO NOT HAVE IT ON RECORD!!! I canc. my Broad band at one time because I was out of town for the month and did not need to use it...THEY STILL KEPT TRYING FOR 3 MONTHS TO CHARGE ME FOR THE MONTH I HAD IT SHUT OFF! When I go to a local Cricket store 1/2 the time they say the system is not working and send me to a "corporate store" that ends up not being that at all! Last time I went to the place they told me that was corp it ended up not being at ALL! I live in Vegas and have no car so you better believe me it's not a treat riding a bike 6 miles in 110degree heat to find the stupid girl behind the counter just lied to me! I call other dealers and they told me she was probably just full of crap and did not want to deal with me and were trying to fire her lazy butt if more complaints...the cow is still there and I did find out she is another damn illegal! I have reported her to the Metro Police here! RARELY CAN YOU GET A HUMAN FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE LINE! One day I was one the phone for over 36 min (yea I timed it) only to get another person that says the system is down but they will check on my problem and fix it ASAP. TODAY WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK. I paid my bill INFULL August the 2nd...they shut my phone off today! I had to use a neighbors cell phone and call at least 6 different cricket reps. in my area...got all to say that I did not pay when I had a DAMN CONFIRMATION NUMBER! One lady even hung up on me! ALL OFF A SUDDEN MY PHONE BY MIRACLE JUST TURNED ON AGAIN! I work as a fill in nurse at a local hosp. and have lost lots of money due to the hosp. not able to get a hold of me. BEST BY FAR WAS THE LITTLE JERK AT THE MALL WORKING THE KIOSK (the I rode my bike all the way to in 110 heat) when I approached the desk he was having a lively little chat with his boyfriend and looked at me and said, "What do you want?" I told him I need to talk to his manager...he called for one...redialed his boyfriend and kept chatting. I asked in a very loud voice, "WHEN IS YOU MANAGER GOING TO BE HERE"...he rolls his eyes at me and says, "Oh, maybe 40min". WHAT THE HELL!!! OTHER BIG THING IS TRYING TO GET THE MAIN COMPANY PHONE OR ADDRESS...THEY WON'T GIVE IT TO ME AND SAY THEY ARE NOT SURE? I have so many addresses from researching the internet for the main it's crazy I don't know who the hell to even write to or contact! I used Metro PCS before I moved to Vegas and never had ONE problem! I am going to canc. Cricket and go back to a RELIABLE, HONEST COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HIRE A BUNCH OF NON DEDICATED AND UNEDUCATED STAFF! DOES CRICKET HIRE IDIOTS????????????????????? I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL 13 NEWS PROBLEM SOLVERS AND PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL THE DOCUMENT HISTORY, CRICKET EMPS NAMES I HAVE SPOKEN WITH, DATES, TIMES, RECEIPTS, RECORDED PHONE CONVERSATIONS (love it when they lie to me an say their systems are down and call the next location and they say systems are not and even have friends that walk in to a location or call RIGHT AFTER ME and all of a sudden system are in order AND I have it recorded on their recorder on cell during face to face verbalization)...I have TWENTY TWO PAGES OF ALL OF THIS AND PROOF TO BACK IT UP! AND MY CHARGE NURSE HAS ON RECORD EACH TIME SHE HAS TRIED TO CALL ME TO FIND MY PHONE DISCONNECTED OR SOME STUPID SYSTEM FAILURE VIA CRICKET...THE FIGURE OF WORK LOST IS NOW 3, 352.78 WAGES LOST

Mail in rebate
Cricket has the worst customer service (though verizon is also king in bad customer service). I had bought an unlimited calling plan with them. I was told that I pay upfront for activation fee and first month, which I will be refunded through mail in rebate. I sent all my forms...but no response. Months have passed by...nothing.

payment taken out for bill but not notified of change of account
I had a Crick cell phone for my daughter and signed up for 30.00 plan for unlimited talk and text. I had it on auto pay without paper bill to make things easier (so I thought for me)! Last month Cricket took out 63.00 and some change. I had talked to someone at customer on June 29th and went over her account and was not notified that her plan was changing and I made no changes to her account. On the first of the month of July however I was charged 63.00 to my account and called and told them to disconnect the phone, refund my money. I spoke to several different people before it was finally understood that I wanted it turned off. I just got 30.88 refund, so if I am being charged this month why is the phone not on, and why have I not recieved my full refund? Not only due they owe me for the total 63.00 and change but also for 4 days on of the bill being due and cancelled service. I call all three dealers here and they never answer. Does someone really work in theses stores? Are they too scared or too lazy to answer the phone? I am at the point were I am going to drive the 30 minutes to one of the stores and embarress them bad. How the hell do you not notify someone of account changes, take money out of thier account and then it takes half a to return half of the money and have the nerve to ask me for my bank record for the payment when dumb asses took it out of my account and can see that it is auto pay and amount taken out? Stupid!! I am so glad I switched my daughter to USCellur, who I have been with for 4 yrs with no problem at all and that stupid ass guy who spoke no english tells me I'll come back. WRONG!!! NEVER WILL I USE CRICKET BROADBAND OR WIRELESS AGAIN, AND I HAVE HAD BOTH AND NOW HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THEM!!!

I have never been so disgusted w/a company in my life
I have never been so disgusted w/a company in my life. Made every one of my payments yet was turned off for "non-payment". Tried to go in store, csr said he could do nothing and to call customer service which i did and still got no where after spending over $400 on these stankin things. i do NOT owe any money and i want my damn phoneS back on back on, u are the worst cell phone co in the nation, you make me sick and you are very lucky people dont act on their aggressions. i am going to tell everyone i know about my experience and i will post it on the internet and am thinking of picketing the store...you all are HORRIBLE!!

Do not waste your time and money with Cricket
I did an online delievery for Cricket. When The package arrived many red flags went up..roaming phones, NO REFUND despite phones not being used, tried to keep my number, etc. The workers were EXTREMELY RUDE!Now my refund is $178.97 short (after putting out $340)! I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because they received the packages in the 15 day window (I have the confirmation) and the federal trade commission or the oversight committee on cell phones and report this company for deceptive practices, return policy and have no standard policy when returning phones. DO NO WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH CRICKET!!!

Service is horrible
Cricket was the new provider in town, and seemed to have it all, low rates, good coverage, decent phones...but the phone never seemed to have coverage. Roaming wasn't included in the $50 per month charges, so all my calls would go to voicemail. When I tried dialing, I would be roaming and they would want to charge me 39 cents per minute to make the call. Then their 2 month old phone a Samsung Messenger II broke and I had enough.

But to cancel I had to speak to 4 people who spoke broken English two of which were trying to keep me as a customer. They also went ahead and billed me for the next month and told me they could not refund that amount, but finally relented after taking all the information they already had and making me FAX them the information besides.

I have had phones turn obsolete before they broke with other services, and with Cricket there was no service any of the time. I am surprised it took me so long to cancel.
