I was contacted by a representative of this company, Crime monitoring center notifying myself of a delinguent payday loan with National Payday Loan that i researched my checking statements and I did indeed have a such loan and was not any Ach that was instilled to return those funds of $550.00. The gentleman was named Curtis Jackson which was my representative to my case commencing legal action as of July16, 2009. I initially was appalled as to such neglect of the National Payday company to have not sent any reminders or actually done as was already submittted to them for payment as agreed upon to fulfill this loan repayment. I thought it was taken from my checking as agreed and then was the first time I found out this was not completed and no reason was discharged to me as the why it was not devited from my checking. So with my own review of my statements I it was clear that they had not implimented the repayment themselves. This being an oversight on my part I now wonder of many issues to this company contact of client mannerisms. So now the time has arrived as agreed upon to repayment and they are not anywhere to be seen. i also sent a fax to the attention of this representatibe of my readiness to close the account. Now how is that to be completed if they are always having a busy signal on the contact number (1-818-451-4027) and fax # (1-213-495-5039) So now I am thinking it is a blessing to the inability to reach them due to the phone number always staying busy??? So how is there a way to finally contact this company if there is really a company to this name or function. Please advise me of this dilemma and uncertain issues. I have gotten not any validation to this outstanding account except that i do not see this deducted from my checking account since the onset of the loan last November 2008. Is there a telephone number where i may contact the National Payday Loan company that initially granted my request for the funds at that time in November. Please advice!!
