Pamplin Film Company and owner/President Rick Pamplin has repeated neglected the terms of the contracts of the projects mentioned above. Investor distribution of funds have not been made in accordance with terms of the contract nor have regular communications to investors been maintained. The company was apparently kicked out of their offices at Universal Studios Florida and has now relocated to Palm Beach County from Orlando (Orange County). No notification of this action was conveyed to investors for reasons I can only presume are to avoid being questioned about their business practices by investors and authorities. Rick Pamplin continues to sell shares of his film projects, calling them development funds. These original and additional shares are not registered with the SEC and I believe there are SEC violations occuring. I suspect fraud, mismanagement of funds, breach of contract and possibly other crimes towards investors and former employees. I am an investor and worked briefly as a consultant for the PFC. I have been in touch with many other investors who just want their money back but Rick Pamplin and legal counsel Bill Whitaker continue to avoid communicating with their clients/investors.
