Took a car in for some new body work. the car spent one month there due to them not ordering right parts which they had to send back again and reorder. discovered a few parts do not match up (plastic in wheel wells do not match up to metal fenders on 2 wheels)... crack by passenger window in trim (which they replaced a mirror HALFWAY being that they used the old mirror housing that was scratched and damaged and put a new mirror on it)... Also a few scratches on car that i fixed myself which should have been done at the dealership- paid to get all of the damage fixed not just half of it!

Whenever they did call about status of the car, they always called the house instead of work number knowing that no one was home (if they needed verbal confirmation it would delay everything for a day- til we got home to check the message). Tired of hearing- oh we have to reorder screws because these do not fit. How many different sizes of screws and bolts can be on MY car that are not on any other GM car thats in their lot?

I feel charged a lot for halfway decent work on a 2010 vehicle... especially for 10k including some fresh paint.
