This company gave me nothing but grief for the year I had a "policy" with them, from 2007 through 2008. They were unresponsive, vague and seemed to be determined to pay as little as possible of each claim they received. Fortunately, I'm with another, legitimate insurer now.
Yet just today I recieved a 'blast from the past' in the form of a large bill for a routine medical screening service - rendered in 8/08. It seems CrossAmerica sat on this claim for a year and a half, then finally paid 20% of a $387.00 charge.
Nasty surprises like this are the price I'm still paying for associating myself with CrossAmerica and the scam they're running.
