When i newly bough my home in 2006, I was solicited by a telemarketer who ask me to try the Home Warranty that they would send me all information by mail.They never send me any information by mail or by telephone no communications what so ever that would remind me that i spoke or about the warranty . They were billing me 39.95 with out any signature or information a through my Countrywide Home Loans. I did not know that the payment was built through my mortgages monthly payment since it was escrowed in my taxes and insurance. Until i decided to do a modification that my loan is too high and not affordable, i then recognized that this was an additional payment roll in my mortgage payment that i did not know of. When i investigated it they play a tape saying that i consented to the trial.

This is a scam to my knowledge as i did not get anything in the mail to review or to review or to try or as a reminder . My home is 30yrs old and had several repairs and had to get new appliances and Air Condition etc. If i knew i had a home warranty i would have used it rather than paying other companies for work done for the past three years. To my knowledge this is a scam that is happening to many home owners. I contacted this company several times and went into there office, they tell me to do what i want to do as they have me on tape .Please advice me of my rights.
