These people are scammers. They just came to my apartment very late (around 9pm). The girl looked freezing and it was around 27 degrees. She gave me her lines about points and junk before asking if she could step inside. Since she just had a small jacket, I said ok. She said her name was MaryAnne Fair (haha what a name now that I think about it), she was wearing a Kentucky sweatshirt, smelled like smoke, had brown hair and green eyes, and she said she was trying to win $1000 and a trip to the virgin islands. She was very talkative and annoying. Usually I wouldn't buy into something like this but I had been sick all day and I kinda just want to appease her so she would leave. Anyway, I paid with a check and I will be cancelling it tomorrow. She put a sticker on my door so that no one else would come try to sell to me which I immediately took down. After she left I googled CRS, found out it was a scam, and then went outside to look for her but she was nowhere to be found. I will be talking to my apt complex tomorrow to ask how they got in since I live in a gated community and making sure they notify the Amarillo police.
