Little late in reporting this...this past June my wife and I stayed at the Crown Plaza while visiting our son for USAF basic training graduation. Let me say up front the hotel itself is nice! The rooms are nice and we throughly enjoyed our stay until the last day when we weren't specific when requesting a 2:30 wake up call...being it was approx 9PM that at night...we thought it common sense we would want a 2:30 AM wake up call! Long story short we missed our 5:30AM flight because the intelligent young man at the front desk thought we wanted 2:30PM. The worst part...they were unapologetic.
It ended up costing us $288 to get on another flight.
