My two children attended crown care for almost a year. When they first started a wonderful lady named jen worked. Crownsports center decided to let her go and hire two new ladies.
immediately after hiring these ladies they increased my price dramatically! With no notice it was pay it or the kids couldn't go. Madeline was the first lady hired. She yells at the children. Her daughter attends crown and my kids always came home complaining of favoritism. My son started having issues in school. It began to be one thing after another!
well the final straw was when I waslked in the room for the crowncare and my sone had been sitting for on hour and a half doing one simple page of homework and Madeline made a rude comment about my daughter shorts saying she has her hot shorts on and for her to not wear them.
Well after complaining I set up a meeting with higher authority on a friday.
I came in to pick my kids up and Madeline began rude and ignorant to me. As if trying to intimate me. I told her anything needing to be discussed would be at the meeting. The following morning I went to drop my kids off and Madeline, Lori, and their janitor@ ame outside and told me my kids were not allowed to come anymore.
This is told to me 20 minutes before I had to be at work. She refused to refund the money I pre paid them didn't return any email and didn't respond to the better business bureau. I lost out on a day of work because my daughter only goes to school a half a day. I had to pay someone else for the remainder of the week. It was horrible. I am a mother of three. And that put me in a very tight spot.
There are many other great places for your kids out there. Do some reasearch. Madeline wasn't even certified to take care of the children she worked under someone else license.
