Two girls came to my house selling Magazines for a fundraiser. Had a card with all these magazines...these girls were great liar's! Got a magazine wrote a check for $30...didn't have a good feeling about it. Two day's later cancelled with the instructions on the back of my reciept. It's been a week since I cancelld... searched the company name online and to my surprise...SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I have "NO" number for this company. And now my bank is advising me to close my account cause the girls and the company have my bank routing number and account number. Since it's a check and my signature is on it, it's a legal document and they have my signature and may go into my account again for money. GREAT!!! This company needs to be found and put out there to the public.

My wife and I were approached by two young men trying to sell magazines to earn points to win them a vacation... As the story goes for many, we're beyond the 120 days and still no magazines. Makes a person feel real good about the country they live in when scams like this are allowed to continue. I just started with phone numbers that I've found on various web sites, but don't have much hope.

A young man came up to our door and asked if we would so kindly help him make it some money to fund a high school trip. He was very young and we thought that we would help him out and at the same time my daughter could get her magazines through him.

Anyway, we ordered this May 7th of 2009 and have yet to receive even one magazine. We feel that we have been scammed and wanted to inform other people to watch out for these young people they train to become scam artists.

My colleague just mentioned that it is like Fagin teaching his very young goonies to become tricksters.
