My husband and I ordered two magazine subscriptions from Jacob Malone on Saturday, Dec 3, 2009. We were told he could not accepts checks so my husband went and got the $122.00 cash and gave it to Mr. Malone. Mr. Malone was with another young man who claimed they got points based on the number of sales which would help them earn money for "books and beers" for college.

The following Monday I did my research and found that CRS has an F rating with The BBB and I have contacted the Denton County Chamber of Commerce, who in turn told me to contact the Denton County Sheriff's dept. to file a complaint, which I have now done. Not only will Brandy at CRS no longer answer the phone, I have mailed in the cancelation form but have no way of confirming it has been received, or if I will ever see my money. Even one of the ladies who answers the phone at the Sheriff's office was a victim to these rip off artists.

I highly recommend NOONE EVER order from CRS or MSI companies. I do hope that with so many complaints against them something lawful can and will be done to stop these thieves.
