Scam

Crucial Media IS a scam. They've taken money from me and several others without delivering the service they promised. All emails and formal letters / complaint letters etc are COMPLETELY IGNORED, phone calls are cut off.

Crucial Media called me and sold me a excellent (by the sounds of it) one-off advert service for Â£295.

Before I realised they took 4x the payment.

They never provided the service which I and other customers bought from them.

They are thieves in my opinion.
