They will lie to you about everything, including their fees
This company CLAIMS to get you the money you deserve from insurance companies after an auto accident that isn't your fault. THIS IS A LIE! It took over 4 months to even get a settlement and after they made it seem like i was getting a great deal i checked the paper work to see that THEY had gotten ALOT more than i did! PLUS the didn't even pay my biggest bill (making it seem like i was getting more money) so once i pay that ill be barley even making a profit! They also lie about they fees, they supposedly only take 33% AFTER you win, but what they don't tell you is they also take out 300-400 extra FEES for supplies!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You are better off to settle with the insurance company, these people are FRAUDS.

Avoid Crumley Roberts Attorneys like a plague
I would avoid going to Crumley and associates for an accident you are involved in. There is a cookie cutter philosophy exhibited here with their clients. They are anxious to sign you up and tell you that you will be treated and well compensated for your injuries. However, the truth is they have over 100 cases pending in each office and only one lawyer working on all these cases. Therefore, communication and meetings with your attorney are discouraged. Instead, they are more interested in how much money they can make off of each case, rather than serving their clients. The chiropractors and doctors they send you to are also of poor quality and should be avoided. Crumley has their part of the settlement rigged so they take 50 % of your money, instead of the 33% which is advertised by them. I had to request a meeting with the one attorney in Crumley's office, otherwise with the 150 cases he had I might never have met with him or seen him at all. Out of the $12, 000 settlement compensation coming to me, crumbley took half.
