DO NOT USE! Has moved to new address on 6th Ave in NYC. This character is a scam artist. Retained him for an important filing. Agreement was for money up front. Normal for this type of filing. Just b4 X-mas paid him all minus the filing fee which would be due upon completion, review & sign off of final draft. He disappeared for 4 weeks. After many calls, he resurfaced & we finalized the filing within a week, I signed off on it a week later. He told me I'd get a letter from the court within 4 to 6 weeks. After 7th week I tried to contact him, all my attempts at contacting him were ignored. After 8th week I went to the court to check the status of my filing only to find he had NOT filed the papers. Immediately went to his office and was not allowed entry by the doorman. Found his pending court cases and future court appearances on but he always got a continuance so never was able to confront him in person. Have taken civil, state, regional & federal actions against him. All pending
