I have a door fixed by crystal windows and doors. the day they fixed the door we could not get in the house, the lock was very hard to open me and the children were outside for 2 hours trying to open it. i called them the next day to explain to them what happened, they sent a fitter who he himself said that the door was indeed difficult to open he released the latch a little but my children still found it hard to open, they had to come in through the back door. what is the point of fitting a door of £1200 if you cannot get in through it easily, for example if by chance my children were gettin chased they would not be able to get in through the door easily the lock is very hard to open. all i reqesut is that they change the lock it is becaused i have already paid that they do not want to change it.
