This is to inform the public that CS Wagner Transport LLC and its president Steve Wagner is running a scam operation. I leased my truck onto CS Wagner Transport and some money issues arose. Steve Wagner tries to use intimidation when he is dealing with you. He said that I owed him money and tried to take possession of my equipment but when the equipment broke down he had the driver to abandon my equipment on the side of the road and just left there. The only communication that I got from him was and email that you see below. Also I have been contacted by the driver and he states that Steve Wagner refuses to pay him. The driver also states that Steve Wagner threaten his job and told him that if he call me and told me anything about my truck that he would fire him. Since that time there have been several owner operator under CS Wagner Transport LLC and Steve Wagner that have not recieved there pay. I have ask Steve Wagner for the paperwork so that we can move forward but he refuses to send it to me. He refuses to send the contracts, settlement statments, rate conformation sheets which he is require by law. He also put equipment on the road that he knows is unsafe because all he cares about is his money. Please inform the public and make them awhere of this trucking company because no one wins.

As of 12:00am March 26 2010 CS Wagner Transport, LLC. is canceling your contract, however this does not releive you of any monies owed to the company by you or F.T.I.S. As of 1:00am March 26, 2010 your truck broke down on I-76 in PA. CS Wagner Transport LLC has no responsibility to tow or repair your truck. CS Wagner has removed the base plates IFTA stickers and decals fron the truck and no cost to you or your company. You need to return any other property of S Wagner Transport including any electronics (i.e the wireless internet card) in 15 days or you will be charges for a new air card.

I will be sending a certified letter to you along with an invoice and all recipts, if you have any questions you may call me at 17-325-4550 ex 301

1st You owe me money and I don't care where or how you get it, if it means going to her family to get it then that's what you should do.

11th I have not gotten any statements from u in the last three weeks, one way r the other. I have no problem taking what I owe you. I need invoices and reciepts from all the loads, repairs, tickets, fuel, what mike done has since he has been here.
