This company has fraudulently charged my credit card for the amount of 39.58 monthly for the past 8 months. When I called them to ask about these charges I was given no information about what the charges were for or what I had supposedly subscribed to. I could hear other operators in the background going through exactly the same spiel as I was getting so obvioulsy this is a well-run fraud machine. The operator at first tried to get me to agree to simply cancel the charges and keep my money but after arguing with him a bit he offered to refund 3 of the 8 charges. I tried to get the whole amount from him but he essentially flat refused to do that. The only thing left to me was to report them to the police (but I live in Australia and that's not much use anyway).

This is obviously a well-run criminal operation that defrauds people's credit cards and basically makes money from the banks. The guy on the phone as much as told me to go get my money back from the bank...!
