Hi - I was hoping you could help me. I went into Csl on the first weekend of september to buy a sofa... I found one I liked and explained to the sales man that I needed a firm sofa as I suffered from back problems... he took me to a more expensive suite and persuaded me to take that instead. I also explained that my passage way would be a bit difficult to get the larger sofa in - but he also told me that 'there would be no problem'... 3 weeks later my sofas arrived. The delivery men forced the 3 seater in completely runining my hall way - large dents taken out of the plaster in several places... after also ripping the leather of the sofa, they said they were unable to get it in and left it outside my house... they got the 2 seater in - no problem. I called my husband who was able to get the 3 seater in the property, but we called csl to pick it up as they had badly damaged it... they picked it up and then had the cheek to tell me I had to pay £50 extra for the 3 seater that came in 2 pieces and £40 re delivery charge... when i told them I'd rather just have another 2 seater, they said I had to pay £150 re selection charge, £40 delivery plus loose the £50 extra i had already paid... I couldn't belive it!!! - In the end I agreed to the 3 seater in 2 parts as it was the cheaper option but to make matters worse, the sales person mis sold the sofa to me as its completely soft - so much so that you almost fall through it... I dont know what to do - I now have to wait till the 23rd Dec for this 3 seater too - I am so upset, I dont want this sofa and they just wont help me...Thanks so much - Anyone reading this beware of CSL - They are con artists whose sales people force themselves on you for their commission and take poor working people's money... Look at the pictures below and i have many more of the damage
