Ordering was easy with All Barstools for our Johnston Casual bar stools. This was the 4th time we have gotten stools from Johnston. However we always picked them out and up in the store. This time we ordered online. Unable to locate samples in our area we picked a color . When they arrived they were no where close to what we ordered. (See photos.) Sample is first, stool is second. I sent all this info to All Barstools who said that they would send us the correct seats as replacements. I can change them no problem! Out went the packaging. Next request from All Barstools was Mfg. wants pictures. Below is what we sent. Mfg claims that stools sent is what was ordered. Do the colors look similar to you? All barstools said they would take back the stools however I need to buy packaging, pay for the shipping and they would deduct the cost of the Free Shipping before giving me credit! After repeated attempts with All Barstools they cannot resolve this issue for me. I asked for a contact at Johnston Casual and they said no. So. If you buy from All Barstools be aware that it will cost you to return the free shipped product and than their customer service is non existent. They become very transparent between you and the Mfg. Image all the other pictures of the stuff they sell. When you get it will it be the same? Better to buy from someone else!
