I took out a subscription to the CSPI Nutrition Action newsletter--"complete refund if unsatisfied." Have now asked for refund THREE times, over 2 months; no acknowledgement.
This is particularly galling because this outfit was started by Ralph Nader. It's information is useless and not up to date, and pushes a specific POV.
