I saw an advert on my email selling this product for about £5 no more, since then they have sent me two bottles of tablets with no price inside the package or details and have now seen my credit card statement, they have charged twice, once £75 on 26Nov 10 & again £79.95 12Dec 10. I'm a single Mother & want the money back. I did ask for a repeat of this product & they are debuting my account when they want & without my knowledge. If they don't settle I will stop my card, email me please as I don't want them to debit again, also I can go to the police & my card does need to be canceled ASAP.

This company has taken £75 from my account without permission. i bought supplements from them in November and received them with no invoice or knowledge of the taken any future payments from my account so would their for want my money refunded.

By the end of Nov. 2010 (I don't remember the date), I have ordered 'Super acai ultimate weight loss formula 'as a free supplement for just £2.49 (for P&P) as per their advertisement, and I received the tablets after 3 days without any company letter or document, and the amount of £2.49 has been deducted from my husband's credit card on 29th No. '10, but anyhow, I didn't used the product, because I found that I'm pregnant. Recently, when we checked our credit card statement, we found that an amount of £75.00 has been taken out by www.csu8.com without our consent. I contacted them on the next working day which was on 20th Dec. '10, and they are telling that, I should have cancelled the product within 14 days of trial period. In that case, they should have sent us a letter stating their rules along with their product and the address to return their product. Even I couldn't find a figure of £75.00 for their product in their adv. My husband contacted our bank and cancelled the card immediately to avoid any fraud transaction in future. It's a clear sign of cheating. They are not trying to promote their product with the quality, instead their intention is to cheat as many they can..
