I have no idea how it came that i was to be charged for something that was not authorized. I do not want the service to which I am being charged for and would like to know what the next step would be to stop these charges from happening. When I try to reply by cell it comes back that my command is not recognized.

My daughter obviously came in contact with these individuals on the internet. They charges our cell bill $5.99 three times. I called and requested a cancel of the account. The automated system said it was cancelled. Once I figured out that there were multiple charges from the same individual (csw), I tried to call back and all it does is "call my number" and states that the call can not be completed. I want to talk with someone about the multi charges!! This is crazy!

I have only had my cell phone for 1 month now, and already problems with a charge of $19.95. On my cell phone screen, it says CSW - subscrip. My son called Verizon to see what these charges are for. Mind you, my son has a PhD degree and when he was done with the phone call, he still wasn't sure what this was for or how it happened. Verizon did say they would remove the charge, but now I am worried that the charge may appear again next month. After reading the other complaints about CSW, I now understand that they are a separate entity. Therefore, now I am wondering if I should try to call CSW to make sure the subscrip is canceled. Don't even know what the subscrip was for! But, like the others have said, this is sure a scam and a rip off. And, something needs to be done about it!

This is a true and major scam. On my last cell phone bill I was charged 5.99 four times for jokes and horoscopes from this "company". I called my cell phone company - they said the charge was from a third party - CSW. They did give me a telephone number to call CSW. I called... got two options: press one to cancel your subscription and two to speak to a representative. Waited to speak to a rep for a ridiculously long time, never got one. Voice mail told me I could leave my name and number and they would call me back. They never called. I called back, selected the option to cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I wasn't going to give up. Called back today, finally got a representative who was polite but very hard to understand. He cancelled my "subscription" and took my address, to which he says they will mail me a refund check for 23.96 in two to four weeks. I took his name... we'll see. He was so hard to understand, I didn't even attempt to find out how this happened without my consent. I can't imagine if this happened to my 81 year old mother... she would probably do just what they want us to do...give up and pay the charges. DON'T GIVE UP... THE NUMBER TO CALL IS 877-225-1198. KEEP CALLING! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!!! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!
