	July 13, 2008 False charges I have had charges of 19.99 a month onto my bill i didn't know what for until i noticed this thing called csw group... they are stealing my money how can i stop this? I never downloaded anything especially not a ringtone because i don't know how... is this robbery?
	April 10, 2008 "Free" download! I sent a "FREE" download to my cell phone and now it's costing me $9.99 a month and no way out of it my cell phone company says they will try and block it and ask for a refund but aren't real helpful or hopeful.
	February 4, 2008 Free ringtone, never received but charged $9.99! My daughter ordered a free ring tone which she never received. We were charged $9.99. Trying to get this reversed AND insure we are not being charged going forward has been a nightmare.
