I bought my son a new cell phone several months ago and since then have been getting charged for ringtones from my cell phone carrier which is Sprint.I have had the phone in my possession for 2 months and my bill keeps getting charged 9.99 a month.Tell me how this can be stopped.I have no phone number to call this CSW whose the one charging this account.Please let me know how it can be stopped.The cell phone in question has been turned off for over 2 months now.Please cancel any other ringtones being charged to this phone.I will be waiting for a response soon.Thankyou.

i am being billed from this company and i have never heard of them let alone authorize charges.how can i stop it if i cannot contact them

9.99 every month and can"t find a way to cancell this.

I'm being charged for ringtones that I have never used. I looked at the website but after discovering that the ringtones were not compatible with my phone I decided not to procede. This website does not offer any alternitives to defer your direction such as "GO BACK" or "CANCEL". You have to follow their direction or comply to the next page as the website will not let you choose any recourse.
