Automated renewal for ringtones
My daughter (a minor) went to the website to check out ringtones and was automatically billed for a subscription that I did not authorize or sign up for. This website makes it impossible to unsubscribe. When you call their number 1-877-225-1198 it autmatically goes to the cancelation options. How convenient after they have taken your money. If someone knows how I can recoop this money please put it on the complaint website.

9.99 monthly bill
I downloaded a few ringtones a few months ago.A few days later i got a bill for 9.99 texted to me. Then on the next month I got another bill for 9.99. Im not surewhat this charge is for but I need it to stop. I would liketo be rembursed for these charges. I guess the next step is to contact my phone company. I tried tocontact these people by a text but it said sorry, ur command is not reconized. Please help me resolve this problem. Thanks, Elizabeth Cooper

UNAUTHORIZED SUBSCRIPTION
One day I started getting text messages with stupid "jokes" and then I received a message telling me that my "subscription was renewed at 9.99 a month." When I replied to tell them of the error, the message came back as not recognized.

Unauthorized charge!
I did not authorize these charges and want them taken off this month's Verizon bill and reimbursed for last month immediately. When I tried to cancel it says "my command is not recognized". Then it further says I am not the account owner so it cannot be canceled.
