I received an sms message twice today stating:

CU West Alert: Your CARD starting with 4852 has been DEACTIVATED.
Please contact us at 602-324-9555 to REACTIVATE your CARD.
Please file whatever charges you need to stop these phishing expeditions. I have saved the messages I have received in August, October, December, and now March.
If you need them as evidence I will be more than happy to assist you in the prosecution of these miscreants.
I suggest that since they are making use of FCC regulated telecommunications services and devices that they be prosecuted under federal and not state statutes.
