I had ordered a new ring for my husband. Received it July 10th or 9th, 2010. Sent it back July 12th, 2010. UPS tracking said they received it July 13th, 2010. I had the info of who signed for it and everything because UPS gives you at least the first name of who signed for the item. I waited the 8 days that cubicjewlery.com asks for saying they will respond to you or have your item back to you within the 8 days. well July 27th 2010 rolls around and haven't heard nor received my item back. I called them and they had said my item was never returned... they said they would check with billing and call me right back. July 28th 10:00 am i call back and they said oh no one has checked yet. I gave them my tracking number and the name of the lady that signed for it. They called me back 20 minutes later saying they found the ring and my new one would be on its way. This is a horrible business and treat costumers like crap. They don't offer you anything for your delay or your troubles with their business save yourself and don't shop with them.
