First the order was placed Oct. 9th. I was told it would arrive in 10-14 business days. It was a gift for my wifes birthday on Oct 29th. It did not arrive until firstweek of November. I called several times. I was told each time that no Supervisor was available. I was told the Supervisors name was Lisa. I emailed several times with no response.
The order was incorrect so we returned one item. Their company and online banking is unsafe. We provided them with our credit card and on Nov 10th we had over $2, 000 in charges from that account made. The stolen card number had to have been from this transaction because we have not used this credit card since August.

I ordered earrings for my wife for Christmas and opted for expedited delivery "guaranteed" to arrive by Christmas. As of 12/23/05 they had not arrived and Customer Service said theyd arrive "tomorrow". The did not arrive on the 24th and didnt arrive the next week either. I called again and they said they had not shipped yet but would ship "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and no earrings. I called to cancel my order and was told I couldnt cancel because there was no manager there "yet" (it was 3pm in the afternoon and they close at 5pm Pacific). I emailed them with a cc to their attorney (email address posted on their web site) demanding resolution by December 29th but got no response. I still dont know what the status is.
