Tried to order the product and then join the diamond club but could nto get the website to work and the toll free number is a complete waste of time. Called 7 times used 4 different email per their customer svc reps, and still can't get the product. The website says you can join and get three bottles for 79.99 if you join the club but the site will only give you the free trial and you cannot get past it. Talked to John tl007 supervisor who couldn't help either after 1.5 hrs on the phone and he told me sorry the only offer available is the trial..
Waste of time for the customer, can't get anyone who can help. The phx address is a warehouse and the CEO is supposedly Mark Johnson but no way to contact him... It is a shame when the product is good but the website is terrible, and customer service even worse:(
Don't bother emailing or calling, it is a complete waste of time. They won't get you any higher than a supposed supervisor. I wonder how many customers they lose because of this??? Who would have thought, you can't get help to order the product and join their club!!:(

Scam
This is a complete scam. I, too, didn't receive my shipment until 13 days and I didn't open the box until after the 14th day. I left two messages on their "chat" page and got no response back. I did manage to cancel my "subscription" through [email protected] effective March 30, 2010. Today, 4/9/10, I was left on hold in excess of 15 minutes when I called to discuss returning the package for a complete refund. I spoke to Jenny Miloer who barely spoke English. I should have asked her what country she was in. She refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. She refused to give me the name and address of the president of the company. She lied and said she works customer service for several businesses but when I later asked the name of the company who issues her paychecks she said it was Cupuacuvital. I got no response when I asked how she'd like to have $82 taken from her account when there was no time to even try the product by the time it was shipped and received. I have many health problems and am on many medications. I didn't realize part of this "beauty plan" was an oral supplement. No way can I even try it! I will not stop here. I will find the president's name and address and will copy the Better Business Bureau. I will also tell everyone I know and will ask them to pass the word on about this pathetic scam. I hope you all will do the same. Believe me, I won't be doing any online shopping for awhile! You obviously never know who you can trust! P LARSON in Houston. This is a complete scam. False Advertising
Product was advertised on the internet for a free 14 day trial just pay for shipping. Product wasn't sent until 13th day and account was billed $79.95 with no refund. Tried to resolve dispute over the phone and was just told my trial period expired before I canceled the product. I offered to return the unopened bottle and was told it did not matter because trial period was over.
