This is a complete scam. I, too, didn't receive my shipment until 13 days and I didn't open the box until after the 14th day. I left two messages on their "chat" page and got no response back. I did manage to cancel my "subscription" through
[email protected] effective March 30, 2010. Today, 4/9/10, I was left on hold in excess of 15 minutes when I called to discuss returning the package for a complete refund. I spoke to Jenny Miloer who barely spoke English. I should have asked her what country she was in. She refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. She refused to give me the name and address of the president of the company. She lied and said she works customer service for several businesses but when I later asked the name of the company who issues her paychecks she said it was Cupuacuvital. I got no response when I asked how she'd like to have $82 taken from her account when there was no time to even try the product by the time it was shipped and received. I have many health problems and am on many medications. I didn't realize part of this "beauty plan" was an oral supplement. No way can I even try it! I will not stop here. I will find the president's name and address and will copy the Better Business Bureau. I will also tell everyone I know and will ask them to pass the word on about this pathetic scam. I hope you all will do the same. Believe me, I won't be doing any online shopping for awhile! You obviously never know who you can trust! P LARSON in Houston. This is a complete scam.
