I ordered a trial of acai Fuel extreme and of Colothin. I carefully checked to assure that this was not a continuing renewal and charge product. In spite of this, I have received renewals and my debit card has been charged. I have called the company and can not get them to agree to remove my account.

Took the introductry offer of free bottle, just pay shipping. My card was charged 4 times, with companion products plus the introductry product. $352.00 . When calling customer service they put me through the mill, ended up having to pay restocking fee of 15 % . This company is a total scam . They charged my card using 4 different company names and telephone numbers, but when calling all 4 numbers and talking with the customer service ( if you can call it that) they told me after going through the whole thing each time that I had already called . But when asking them about these companies each time I called they didn't know anything about them. FRAUD. BEWARE.

I opened my bank statement today and then I realized that I have been charged with couple transactions that I have no knowledge of. So, I called the number listed and the worker said for me to email my complaints to this email address: [email protected]. I have been charged for two products that I have not received, or have any knowledge of these. Otherwise, I would not called to inquire about these transactions. This is the third time that this kind of stuffs has already happened to me. So I am writing this email as I was told to do, and ask for the refunds of the payment I have been charged for. The lady that I talked to have all the my information except that I don't know anything about it, and I have not received anything for it...and I don't take those kind of stuffs.
