We used www.currencysource.com to do four wire transfers (international) for our company. They kept delaying the transfer for one reason or another such as having to speak with the conpany owner to prevent fraud, banks take time, etc. It was one excuse after another. Our vendors were getting very angry for not getting paid and all we could do was say we had wired the money. Currency Source didn't even bother to tell us of any delays. It was us who had to check each time to see what was going on with ourwire transfers.

Our bank account had been debited for the wire transfers since day one, but our customers didn't receive their money till four weeks later when it should have only taken 2-3 days at the most. To add to it, when we asked for trace numbers, they couldn't even provide them. Basically, they took ourmoney and put it in their own bank account and let it sit there for weeks.

Had we not been so thorough in making sure where our money went/was going, we have no doubt they would have just kept our money and never pay our vendors. As a last insult to injury, they over-charged us on the fees and we are still fighting to this day to get some of our money back.

Please never use this company as they are not ideal people to work with in the business world. We learned our lesson the hard way.
