Ordered engraved pens for a trade show. Charged approx. $950 for 900 pens engraved pens and to be delivered on time. I was concerned about not receiving the pens during that week and they kept saying no problem. 2 days before the event when again I called them they told me the pens would not be shipped for 2 weeks.
They told me that they could get me almost the same pens if I was willing to pay 1/2 the cost of 2 day shipping. I said yes and after receiving a cheap replacement pen for the event the following week when I asked for the bill they had charged me for $250 pens almost 1/4 of the pens I originally ordered at the price of $493.12.

I researched the pens and found that they had doubled the price of the pen and other engraving companies would have charged me 1/2 the price they were charging me and when I tried to discuss the over charge with the company they refused to return any of my e-mails.
