Steal my money
I placed an order with this online company to purchase a 34 pieces bridal set for my upcoming wedding. After placing the order, I sent an email and also made a phone call to Susan Ketchum, she advised me to forward a money order or cashier's check for the amount to her and then she would call me after receiving the money for a consultation on the placed order. I called her and left her a message including my cell phone number for her to return my call.However, when I got home I noticed that she had called the house phone instead and left a message indicating that she did received the payment and that she needs to speak to me.I called her again and left another message asking her to please call me on my cell phone.About 2-3 days went by and no call from Ms. Ketchum or her representatives. I called her again and left yet another message with my cell phone number asking her to please call me so that we could discuss the final arrangement of the flowers. I came home last Wednesday to find a missed call from her and a message that she is trying to get in touch with me. I then called her again and asked her to please return the phone call to my cell phone as it was very difficult for me to stay home to wait on her call when I was not given a specific time when she would be calling. At this point she started to send me emails requesting that I send her designs of all 34 pieces of arrangement via email. I bluntly told her that this was not what we had agreed to and that at this time I no longer wanted to do business with her as I felt that she was playing games. She responded to my request by sending me a blank download of some kind. She will not call me via cell phone as I have asked her to. She has not indicated that she intends on sending me a refund. At this time I did some investigation on her online and found numerous complaints, guess I should have done my homework. I do need that money from her, as we are on a very tight budget for our wedding which is in about 4 months. Please kindly help me to get my money back from her so that I will be able to go somewhere else to purchase my wedding flowers. Thank you kindly for your effort and service.
