I'm writing in regards to someone calling me as of early yesterday on the 25th of may. Telling me I need to repay back a loan than I owe. Saying if I didn't repay it then I would be charged with fraud and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I never got no money from any loan place on the internet. I was applying for loans about a month and half ago on line but it kept jumping me to different payday loan sites. This guy name is mark brown. Amd he told me to send in some information my address copy os my employment and id card and social security and visa card information. And he said if I didn't pay it then I would b facing to go to court and get summoned to court. I told the guy I never got a loan. This guy had a very strong accent and very rude with me. And threatening me. I don't know who this person was I just got this phone call out of the blue. My name is tracy and you could reach me by email. [email protected]. I never did anything wrong. This guy had some court info. And he wouldn't give me the court number. And when I asked him to send me a paper to me saying what I owe he said that couldn't be done. Only a court summons could be delivered to me by today. So I talk to my local law enforcements and they told me if there are such papers to bring them in. But if not to ignore it. I'm asking what should I do. On top of that. He had all my information and he wanted me to fax my letter to him to another name atten someone. I was wondering is this a scam or not.
