Kay Jewelers
I was given a ring for Christmas, I needed to have it sized. They have signs up stating free sizing. But told me there is a $15.00 Charge I said but the sign says free sizing. They said well you didn't get the extended warranty. Ok I guess I understand. My guy has gotten so much jewelry from Kay over the years. But...
They filled out my form and I left. I called a few times over the next week or so. They promised the ring on 1/15/11. I called on 1/14/11 the girl said it just went out.

I waited for a call. No call. While I was there dropping it off I heard a girl behind the counter calling someone to say your ring is here it has been sized and ready for you to pick up. I thought great they call you when it is ready.

I called again like the 17th no ring yet.

Finally I went in 1/29/11 gave the girl my yellow slip -- she said oh the ring is here, I need $15.00. I said I am not happy. No one called me, I have been waiting and I don't feel I should have to pay the 15.00 just the principle. The manager came over and said I can't have the ring unless I pay the $15.00. I said you just lost a customer. They said sorry you feel that way. They could care less about the customer.

Customer Service Staff will not respond
I have completed online forms, e-mailed the Media person, called and arranged a CSR call-back and here since late Nov. no word. I am met with a stone wall. Nobody other then the media person that claims to have arranged a call back from the manager of customer service that never came will address my service concerns. Anybody have the Company President's E-mail. On the site the Board of Directors etc. do not list any contact info.

assault by an employee named Mr. Chandrashekhar
BIG bazaar located in katriguppe banashankari has the reputation of beating its customers and accusing them of robbing a ten a rupee exchange coupon. the best part all the manageent did was to cover the mess up by offering extra coupons as settlement. it is ridiculous that after being abused and beaten up by the employee the operations manager tries to cover up the whole mess by blaming the customer for not having patience with the obnoxious behaviour of its employees. the people involved in this assault are Mr. Chandrashekhar from PUC Dept and the cover up is done by mr. Bharat Khubchandani the ASM Operations. top it they tried to lock us in the security room with threats of physically assaulting us. With so many better malls around the town big bazaar is doing a great job in warding off its customers. We have decided to take this matter to the court until some action is taken against the one's who assaulted us in front of various customers.
If you have any regards for the company reputation you would be better off contacting us and apologising for the physical assault. the people working there even threatened my brother of beating him uop outside the mall. I work as a free lance reporter and got eye witness for the incident occured. I can put in one article about the serious assault case and am sure it will dent your company's reputation for good.

i went into walgreens located in smyrna, ga. store#5901 being honest upon entering the store i asked a cashier named bj if i needed to leave my leather back pack valued at 300 dollors. my wife bought the lether bag for me on sale for 250 dollors. i had just got off work and i went into the store to pick up a few odd and ends that my wife had meationed to me. my expensive headphones and mp3 player and my bluetooth, mp3 charger.were in my leather bag that was given away to a couple of thieves by another cashier named pedro who is employed were this incident took place. so if you are out shoping and want to visit a wallgreens dont take other bags or stuff you payed for into store cause they will make you leave them up front. and give your bags away while you are shoping. this incident took place 02-15-10.

I ordered that same table but when it was delivered to my house there was a HUGE scratch mark on it, maybe 7 or 8 inches long. Well anyways after I called to make an exchange what do you know they offered me a gift certificate?? I mean a gift certificate? Come on now I wanted an exchange not a gift certificate! After going nowhere with that I decided to email instead, the guy that wrote the email was like a coke head. So he told me to call him on his direct line to settle everything. Nontheless he offered me 3 choices: a full refund, some toot, or a cock meat sandwich topped with a bj. Thank you for nothing frustration hardware. F u k U Tootny

the way you don't servie a cutomer
I enter to win a burger from the TV this guy needed 500, 000 people to sign on to get a free burger i did that. You see after that i registered and got a free appetizer plus my stripes. Well it was hell waiting for the coupon with no printer and being Columbus Day its Sunday schedule on the bus. We'll i walked in wearing my clothes some pro Keds stupid fruity colors shoes, roccer wear jean shorts, no name shirt, and a Roccer wear hat. the host automatically from the jumped he was rude ; So i asked about the coupon and he stated in informal tone, (what to go)? What? i was embarrassed there and then i brushed it off you know I'm just trying to get my burger.

I asked the man i believe Mitchel or something like that, He brought Eric or the manager( Now that right there, had my head spinning) the fuck is going on. Now remember i was here for a free burger and got chipped at, for their, stupid promotion anyway! so the manager spoke like not for a intern position but like who is this raga muffin, in front of me, right I 'm super embarrassed right here my cheeks are fire red and woe I'm black you could see the red.

So he calls his self patting me on the shoulder walking away like he won this. Then i looked around everyone siting looking, So i called the manager back. Bye the way the host told me he didn't know the meal was a to go meal, Shit you asked if i wanted it to go. Back to the story the manager arrived and i talked to him like, A sir i just came for a sandwich and to speak to the manager or get snapped at rudely, that's no t how i though it would be i could imagine the burger dripping with me in a booth asking for water. But i did gut i suvineer a bag to go i got pictures it's not TGI frig=day bag its a thank you bag.

Customer Service
I called the franchise owner in regards to her employee being so rude to the customers on many different visits that I had made to their facility. I informed her that this has been going on for months and the owner would not adress the fact that this woman not only treated me with disrespect, but also other business owners like myself in the area. Being a business owner myself, it was difficult to understand why she allows this behavior to continue. My thoughts on this are simple without great customer service obvioulsy you won't have number one a good reputation and number two returning customers. I use Rockport Printing they have a great staff.

Unable to get a response
Everytime I make a call to try to set up an appointment at this location, I either get a busy signal or the phone just continuously rings and then goes offline. I call throughout the day and I don't understand why there is no voicemail prompt or any way for callers to leave a message.

infinity Dish scam
Infinity dish offer free gift to sign up dish network with them such as gas voucher, stereo, camera etc. I selected for gas voucher, the trick is there is a $50.00 processing fee to sign up one of this free gift. They charged my credit card $50.00 on 12/22/08, they told me i need to download the rebate form from their web site and mail it back to them so they can send me $300.00 gas voucher. Guess what..they never send the voucher to me till today April 15, 2009. I have been in many frustrated phone calls with them, they keep playing game with you. Finally last week on April 10, 2009 I talked to supervisor and he indicated has sent email to the gift department so they can mail me the gas voucher, he promised going to cc email to me, I gave him my email address and guess what he did not cc the email to me. I just called the gift department and they told me the email did came, but he indicated they are out of stock on gas voucher. I ask him what other gift options they have and he indicated all of them are out of stock and he can not make any commitment when they can mail the voucher to me. This is almost four months ago since I signed up with dish network. If there is anyway we all can joint together to file a lawsuit against them that would be great, any of you reader know how to process this lawsuit? This is not fair the way they doing business, they actually want to to give up and quit bugging them and let you spent so much time on this issue with frustration and they get away with it.
