employee outside helping and talking with freind putting oil in her car and checking possible problem with her automatic transmission not shift correctly while customers inside are in line left his fco worker on his own 3 to 4 people in line and other employee was helping another customer after he helped me he even told the employees in the back to help at cash register no one came out so i waiting at least 5 minutes for the employee outside to get in and attend the cash reg. when i expressed myself to him that i have been waiting a few minute for him his first response was do not get mad i was not mad at that time but when kept insisting i have to be more patiant as he put but it i told him i needed to pay and go he even short changed me i had to tell him he still own me 5 dallors he compliad but in front of other customer he made a big deal of me having to wait for him he even left customer at register to go outside and continue the discution with me i told him he had customer waiting and i was waiting a while to pay again he sad not to worry about it the all know me by firsyt name been a customer from day one i guess maybe they are so used to me been there they just take me for granted again he left his co worker to deal with several customers while he was outside talking and checking a ladys car no one to run the register or help the next customer the empolyee name is mario possibly he was the one in charge at that time and dicided to go out side with no consideration to other customers and to his co worker my name is peter de la cruz my cell is (209) 622+9070 cell in modesto ca. the stoer is the one on paradise rd. of martin luther king this happen this morning like i said i was not mad or upsad before this happen the other employee was helping me and we cwere talking and joking this guy you have there i guess thinks he can do what he wants and i mention i was waiting a while he got mad and made a seen in front of customers and his co worker
