My name is Eric Charles Moore. On June 4, 2009, I rode one of your buses that began in Sumter, SC, with a connection, with stops in Richmond, VA, and New York, finalizing in Boston, MA.

My complaint is this. The driver got lost and went to the wrong location, on the trip from Sumter, SC, to Richmond, where I was supposed to arrive around 9:35 pm, consequently, causing me, as well as other passengers, to miss our connection to New York. When I, as well as other passengers tried to resolve this problem with the acting supervisor, Mr. Chris Dixon, and the customer svc. reps., they were atrociously discourteous, and ill informed as to when our next connection to New York could be made. We were given several different arrival times for the bus to New York with plenty of attitude. We, the passengers on the Sumter bus, were supposed to be the first to board the bus to New York, but were not, and had to wait an additional two and a half to three hours, and counting. I have phoned my mother with this info so that she could send this formal complaint to you, as I am still waiting for the bus to New York at 8:00 am!

It is not my plan to ever take your service again, and I will not be recommending it to my friends. I feel that some sort of compensation should be met for this type of ill service and rudeness on your employees behalf, as my ticket price did not cover this sort of embarrassment, and public display of rudeness when I tried to calmly get an arrival time for the next bus to New York.
