Please can someone give me advice or feedback regarding this problem I am having with a agency Cutting Egde Recruitmetn Agency who on my first assignment at Mr Sweets did not pay me for services rendered in February 2010.
Cutting EDGE the agency said that they will pay me as soon as the client at Mr Sweets had paid them
I am still struggling to get payment from them for the 1st assignment, and I was assigned there in February 2010
After one month employed at my 2nd assigned assignment through the same agency I was paid late, I had to ask for a payslip for that first month and received a sarcastic feedback on request for payslips
During my month of employment at the 2nd assigned assignment i was very unhappy, and finally went to my employer [Cutting EDGE] for support, advice and help.Pearl, the managing director had told me even if she should speak to the client [ in which case she never did]the client will only tell her to send someone else for the position, she said she has 3 other temps lined up for this position, and no matter what, I should try and make this work!I did! I tried my utter best! Never did the client complain to my employer about any poor work performance. I underwent victimisation, humiliation, well my resignation letter below says it all! The client TUFNOL and my employer Cutting EDGE accepted my resignation and no one got back to me with any problems.I was forced to resign because a manager, the despatch manager, known as Suzette, had HUMILIATED me in front of other colleagues accusing me falsely of leaving the bathrooms dirty, and that I should clean the bathrooms, after I had apparently messed some soap in the bathrooms whilst washing my hands, apparently during other times I had left the bathroom dirty as well.
Not once was I confronted about this accept that I was humiliated and discussed amongst female staff regarding my hygienic manners.
This was off course very humiliating and hurtful!
Another time the financial manager, known as Bruce, had provided false information to a credit facility who phoned for a credit reference, after I had confronted him he confessed but this had off course already caused damage to my reputation with the facility and my credit was denied
Another time I was screamed at by the receptionsit known as Leona, because I had used the punch, I moved it from A5 holes to A4 holes.
I was also screamed at by the accounts lady, known as Bilkies for using the radio that was on my desk, listening to the same radio station by myself and another colleague.
When I had told my employer this she had told me that I should give these reasons in my resignation letter, so that this will warn another assignee who she send forward for this assignment, I did mention my reasons for leaving in my resignation, but when I had contacted my employer afterwards she denied me a reference because now apparently I was being a difficult worker.
Should an investigation into these claims not be investigated?
Why should I have worked under these circumstances and why am I the one to suffer now?
This agent had already received monies from their client I worked for why should I still wait for mine?
Just because I had confronted this manager who had humiliated me, because I stood-up for myself and told her she had no right to spread malicious rumours about me being unhygienic!
Now I am struggling to get any payment from this employer for this 2nd assignment of services rendered.She still has to pay me for my ist assignment as well.
She is sarcastic if I ask her for payslips and proof of payments!
Please help me regarding this I need some advice and guidance on what my grounds are!
The agent had definetly not go out of their way for me, never spoke to the client about my concerns, never acted as my employer, never looked after my needs, she said herself when I leave the client she will stil get payment from the client and I will be unemployed.
What attitude does she expect me to have, it is not like I am actually jumping with joy!

I want the proof of payment so that I can do a follow - up with my bank!
Why not send me the proof or the payment as requested today?
Get back to me regarding this matters, because it seems I am having difficulties with getting any resolved outcomes from your side
I have left a message after seven [7pm] this evening on 0114504473/5, this is the 3rd time I am asking you for proof of payment in one[1] day
It seems you want me to take it easy, sit back and relax, while you ruin my finances
You are forcing me to take this matter further now and it seems this is becoming a labor dispute
I am not asking for the impossible, I want my payslips & proof of payment

Ananda I have paid you myself right now. The bookkeeper tried to pay you on Friday but with all the payments we had, we had exceeded our daily payment amount. I have deposited R 6297 and this is the money for Mr Sweet as well. I will send a payslip ASAP

I have not received salary payment yet, after phoning your offices on the 30th during business hours, Fiorella confirmed that an EFT had been done on the 29th and assured me of no problems that you would contact me should there be any. Received no feedback from you on the 30th, so presumably there was no problem and therefore my salary had been paid in, although on Saturday the 1st no payment reflected in my account and l had left you an urgent message. Am aware of the fact that yesterday was a public holiday therefore I want an immediate answer on Monday the 3rd. Last month I also received late payment only on the 1st of April.
1) Do you realize I have bank charges and debit orders/scheduled payments due and if no funds are made available under contractual agreement and the grounds for late payments are causing account to reflect poorly?
a) Are you going to cover these bank charges ?
2) Payment for services rendered through a temporary assignment assigned by Cutting EDGE at Mr Sweets was also not paid to me, could this now be the same situation with this client, Tufnol?
3) I want all outstanding monies/salaries paid to me in full for all services rendered from my previous employment at Cutting EDGE for all assignments I was assigned to

Dear Pearl,
This is my written twenty-four [24] hrs notification that I am resigning from the temporary assigned position as workshop administrator at Tufnol [Pty] Ltd, the last day wil be on the 16th of April 2010, as a result of ill-treatment at the Workplace.
Unnecessary shameful personal attack occurred on the 15th of April 2010, attempted to confront the individual who acted in response with spite, distressed for this reason I am forced to resign. My verbal resignation was made to my employer and direct manager on the 15th of April 2010.
Bullying behaviors included; character assassinations, which led to being disgraced in front of colleagues by spreading malicious rumors; a smear activity that was harmful to my reputation
My employment took place on the 1st of March 2010, training period was provided, but on appointment a period of one month of training were discussed. Despite the predicament, I was determined to complete my assignment although no further training was provided.
When requesting assistance or performing key-duties at my workplace I was often confronted with continual difficult behavior of a negative work performance, although no grievance was made by my workplace to my employer
The effort in attitude of “good performance should outshine any bad rumors” which I struggled to uphold & despite the concerns raised with my employer and immediate manager during the fifth [5th] week of employment, the continual, negative encouragement of malevolent gossip and being quick to criticize and slow to praise in my work performance led to having to take-off sick leave, insecure feelings of humiliation, worthlessness, both as a worker and as a person
Realize no management or solution to my situation was of concern or supportive, hence the sabotage at the workplace is irreversible and would not contribute professionally or personally to my future.
