Linda Clary's doctor, Dr. Richard Allen called the pharmacy mentioned above and left 2 prescriptions for her on July 6, 2010 at 3:30. She was extremely nauseated from other medicine she was taking. Her husband went by the store at 5:10 and the employee there said that nothing had been called in to the store. She called the doctor and luckily he was still in and said that it had been called in at 3:30 PM and left on an answering machine. Her husband was called and told to tell them that it was on the answering machine. He had to wait approximately 45 minutes. The pharmacy called before he arrived at his home to tell him that they left one of them out of the bag. It is approximately 30 min. from the pharmacy to their house.
The pharmacy was called and asked to bring the second prescription to the intersection of I85 and 903 and her sister would meet them so that she could get the medicine as soon as possible. Rather than listen to the reasons that they needed to deliver it, the pharmacist hung up. Not I'm sorry, nothing. This is totally unacceptable.
Wal-Mart will be the pharmacy of choice from now on.
