Various orange county (California) law officials ordered this illegal install to capture my two automobiles through GPS. Now I have no Freedom, Rights or Privacy and continue to seek justice. Illegal Cox Cable installed within my current resident in full details: Prior to departing to my hometown Detroit Michigan for a 10-day vacation my Cox Cable services were interrupted due to non-payment. The services included TV, Landline Telephone & Internet usage and interrupted from the outside. Upon returning from Michigan and submitting full payments for all services to be restored. Upon reactivation my television services displayed a snowy picture and contacted Cox Communication Services for repair. A total of 4 repair Techs at 4 different times including 1 field supervisor arrived with Tech 4 sent out to my resident by Cox Communication Services to perform repairs. Repair Tech 1, entered my current resident Stating bad wiring inside the wall(s) and requested I contact my rental office for re-wiring approval. Upon contacting rental office Agent Jennifer (last name unknown) stated Emerald Courts have nothing to do with Cox Cable equipment and Cox Cable is responsible for full operations. Tech 2, arrival placed one adapter on living room & bedroom lines and the adapters did not clear up the snowy picture and requested I re-contact Cox Communication for further repairs. Tech 3, arrival had no visible ID badge and requested to view my attic inside my unit above the bathroom sink and failed to supply a standing latter and stood up on my bathroom sink and removed the entrance cover for viewing and had no light or repairs performed and stated I don’t know what to tell you and departed. A this point I begin to believe suspicious acts were in sight because after the departure of Tech 3, I duplicated the same steps viewing the above attic to find the attic pitch black without lighting. Also I started to think about my services were interrupted from the outside so why does the repair Tech’s must enter my unit for repairs and no work orders were left in my possession by the first 3 repair Techs. Tech 4 arrived with a field Supervisor and Tech 4 had a hand scanner device and scanned the entrance wall and the far wall located in my bedroom and claimed he detected a sound at the far wall and I was present during the time Tech 4 scanned the walls and did not hear a tracking sound. Tech 4 proceeded to remove the solid outlet plate and located 1 black & 1 white-installed cable. Upon my move in Jan 2007 out of curiosity I removed the same outlet plate and no cable lines were visible and prior to the reactivation at the far wall my Cox Cable Services were activated from the entrance wall of my bedroom. The white cable is labeled (IN) by use of a black sharpie marker and the ink looked to be fresh and the cable was not labeled by the onsite repair Tech or the field Supervisor. Currently the ink has begun to wear/fade as ink does with time. Also the white cable is directed from garage c below my bedroom. The black cable is directed from my attic above the bathroom sink as stated above and Cox Cable repair Tech activated the newly installed cables at the far wall. The onsite Supervisor issued a work order with his name listed only and the repair Techs name is not recorded on the work order, as the work order appears to be bogus. Its now obvious the cable lines were installed while I was away and the unknowns illegally entered my unit and dropped the black cable down inside the far wall from the above attic connecting to the white (IN) cable. Days after the reactivation taken place the illegal install created a water leak inside the bathtub wall and maintenance crew entered my unit for investigations. Water was running from under the garage c door below my bedroom and maintenance crew entered the garage c for water tracking purposes. Also I entered garage c (below) along with the maintenance crew with a Kodak Camera and my findings were drywall skid marks and drywall droppings on the concreted garage c floor, re-hung drywalls, visible nail holes and cable lines hidden behind the re-hung drywall(s) and garage C below my bedroom currently remains vacant & unoccupied and I could be monitored within my own resident. See photos. The previous tenant apt A (below my unit) prior to the illegal install was assigned to garage c below and the current tenant is not assigned to the same garage c. All onsite Cox Cable repair Tech’s were under the orders of a Orange County (California) Law Official as the first 3 arriving repair Tech’s performed no working repair services and I believe sales Agent Jennifer was purposely transferred (temporarily) during the install period to Emerald Courts Sister Company located on Pittsburgh Street (Lake Forest Ca) for whatever reasons to perform all illegal acts as stated and unknown from Emerald Courts main office have involvements transferring Sales Agent Jennifer to perform all illegal acts. This was a purpose photo scam to destroy evidence of the illegal Cox Cable install with in my Canada Rd resident.
