Poor Customer Service
The pharmacy staff at the CVS in Pinellas Park, Florida treated me so rudely this afternoon, May 16th, 2010. My wife and daughter asked to use the bathroom bef0re doing our shopping there, and when I also stepped into the corridor to use the water fountain, "Jessica" yelled out across the counter, "SIR, SIR, YOU'LL HAVE TO STEP OUT OF THERE AND WAIT TILL THEY ARE DONE." I explained I was just getting some water, that's all, and it was just my wife and daughter and I was with them, and that we were a family. She said, "I DON'T CARE, THAT'S OUR POLICY. ONLY TWO PEOPLE AT A TIME USING THE BATHROOM." I told her I wasn't using the bathroom; I'd been out in 90 degree weather for several hours and wanted a drink of water. I could see the water fountain in front of me on the other side of the door was located about 15 feet from another door down a hallway that led to the bathroom. I'm a 52-year old man; I don't look threatening and I'm not a security risk. We didn't have any packages, so theft was not a consideration. We didn't look like hoodlums. There were very few people in the store. But to hear Jessica and then the other pharmacy employees yelling at me in public, chastising me for trying to drink water while my wife and our 7-year old daughter were using the bathroom, was humiliating. The store manager had to get involved before the pharmacy employees apologized. Such blind allegiance to "following orders" and not exercising any common sense judgment or discretion is reprehensible. We left the store and went to a Walgreen's down the street. I might dump my CVS card, and I'm tempted to seek legal counsel for the humiliation I suffered.

choking to death
I am, excuse the language, fucking OUTRAGED that a manager goddamn killed a shoplifter (crayons and toothpaste I might add) by choking him to death!!! The shoplifter was quoted to have said "I cant breath!!" and the Manager continued to kill him. The police are not pressing charges?!?!?!?!?! He should be brought up on murder charges as the coroner had mentioned it was HOMICIDE!! WHAT SORT OF COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING THAT SOMEONE CAN MURDER SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR STORE?!?!? DO YOU SANCTION THIS TYPE OF ACTION??? If I were you I would be standing up against both the police and the manager in court. I am now BOYCOTTING CVS, and will continue to do so as well as spread the word of the lackadaisical response of the cvs corporation. You should be ashamed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, WRONG MEDICINE
Be aware of CVS store #6238. It has been atleast two they have gave me the wrong medicine. The first time the name matched my father inlaw but when I took a second look at home the address was different. I was given someone else medicine. I took it back the reps didnt think it wsas no big deal no apology given. Wow?
My husband the second time picked up my sons medicine and was given someone else. Most of the time they do not know what is going on. They are very disorganized.
After about two years I decide to go back nothing has changed CS is rude, Disorganized. I waist to much time being told my medicine will be ready and when I go I get tols atlesat two more times to come back. I waited in drive thru for 30 minuted so they could tell me no they dont have the prescription, and will not be able to fill any time soon.

Pharmacy
Our CVS Pharmacy appears to be overwhelmed with business. Prescriptions are not filled according to automatic refill. You must wait. Wait times vary at this particular location. I have waited anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour, only to be told that my script still wasn't ready. One of the pharmacists is rude to customers and blames corporate for any difficulty the customer might be experiencing. I am taking my business to Clearfield Pharmacy, where the service is excellent.
The overall appearance of the Clearfield Pharmacy is that a tornado just blew through. Some pharmacy clerks are so slow at peak times it is ridiculous. Customer service is number one on my list when choosing where to buy, and sad to say, I must say goodbye to CVS.

Service
My mother had total hip replacement surgery, I had her scripts fill there, 2 days later my mother obtained a rash, i went to CVS to ask the pharmacist what I could do to relive her pain on of itching and swealing The Pharmacisits, Was rude, and to be honest a big asshole. I wanted to realive my mother of her discomfort temporality and needed advise from a pharmacist of what i should do. She said call the doctor what can I do. The cashier was more help as being a 3 yrs med student she told me what i needed to do and it worked, It makes me sad that someone like a pharmist would treat someone who had questions about health care to be rude like she was. After my brother went to urugent care yesterday they gave him scrips for emergency inhailers, he dropped them off and was told to come back a hour later, He came back and the script and it was not filled. They left it by the cash register and never turned it in. They told him to wait for another hour. Im totally disgusted from this store. I will never use this CVS again.

DECEPTIVE EMPLOYEE
Today, on March 30, 2010, Amy, a cashier at the front of the store was rude when I asked her a question concerning my return. She attempted to have me come back to the store later that day based on her statement that no one was available to process my return. I replied is anyone available to take my return, she brought up the assistant store manager to process my return. Another female in the front of the store, with dark hair up on her head, wearing eyeglasses, stood in front of me while I was asking Amy for help and repeatedly interrupted by saying excuse me, excuse me, sir, louder and louder. I will not return to CVS.

Prescriptions
Many Complaints: First, they offer automatic monthly refills for regularly used prescriptions - however, you go on the scheduled date and they look for your prescriptions and "can't find them." Not once or twice but every time! Next, I finally cancelled their "automatic refill" (joke). When my prescription expired, they assured me that in 24 hours they would get a refill from my doctor. I gave them 48 hours. Well, they said my doctor never responded to their fax...guess what! They faxed a request to my doctors phone service with no fax attached. Talk about incompetent. I have a lot of patience...I am a teacher and work with children every day but this is beyond patience, it's incompetence. On top of all of this, they are discourteous and rude! UNBELIEVABLE.

Old Pills and Negative Torn
Went to them with a Script for medicine received the medicine and after 3 days they were falling apart as can be seen in the pictures.
Also took a negative that my mom had for 20 yrs of me when I was young. There was a white strip on it where they should have left it on or carefully take it off and not take it off fast. They almost ripped the negative in half. no compensation at all. in the first letter they deny me the right to get new pills then in the second letter they claimed that in the first letter they told me i was not going to get compensation for the photo but they wanted to know about the pills.
Thanks for showing me a German how CVS is and some of the people in The USA really are.
