I have been a customer of CVS now since 1991. They have moved, I have followed. There use to be a compassionate pharmacist who worked at the store. 5 or so years ago. He went to another store. They do alot of business on thier behalf and are very busy. I understand. I also own a very busy auto parts store. If I treated my customers like the 20 or so people at there pharmacy does, well i would not be here. It's the case of the little dog with the big dog attitude. POWER . The young people who work there have as much compassoin as a cat does for a mouse. If you are in need of medication, not their problem. I have seen people in awful shape at their counter and a rabid dog is treated with more respect and consideration. I have seen 70 year old women with need of there medication, hardly being able to breath. The women just wanted to know where some things were in the store after she got her prescription and the response was, How should i know! Can't you see I work behind the counter! Why don't you look at the aisle signs. It's like if you do not like it TOUGH. There moto should be we don't care . We don't have to. Were CVS> IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER OPTION I WOULD TAKE IT!! Make a mistake on my husband prescrips..stand in line. It will be another 20 Min. Well after 2 1/2 hours waiting for 2 scrips. I AM DONE>>ps still never got. ( and I have insurance! )

poor service, items missed marked
I went to the above mention store yesterday, and I turned in 2 script's, and then I did some store shopping. I was over in the vitamin section and I saw that the store had some Buy one Get on free. I found some items that I could use, and I took them to a clerk. I paid for my 2 scripts, and then I wanted to pay for my vitamins. One of my items rung up correctly, but the second one rung up the wrong price. The clerk took the items over to check the tags and she was gone for a long time. I notice that the clerk had 2 other ladies with her while they looked up the items. The clerk finally returned to inform me that I had made a mistake. I told the clerk that I didn't think so, and we walked over to the vitamin area. The store manager told me that someone had made an error and moved the items or the tag to the wrong place. The manager told me that she could only give the items at the right price. The manager name was Shaylana and I would have to accept this becasue that was all she could do, becasue, it was just a tag in the wrong spot. I told them that someone had moved a tag becasue it was 2 tags in that area with the same price. Shaylana wanted me to beleive that I had made a mistake, but it wasn't me who made the mistake, it was someone in the store hung the wrong tags. I shop at the CVS on NW Classen in Oklahoma City, near my work, but I live 3 blocks from the Midwest City store. I spend unbelievable amount of money at the Classen store, but I will never return to the Midwest City store. I couldn't believe how untruthful the manager was. It makes me wonder if I don't need to shop at another company all together. I worked for food store for years and if a clerk had misplaced some tags, then the store had to sell the items for what the tags says. The manager wasn't willing to accept the fact that a mistake was made and it wasn't the comsumer fault. I wasn't trying to get the item for free, I was willing to pay what the tag said for the item. what horrible service!! my doctor called my prescription in starting @ 3:30, finally @ 8 after he called for the 3rd time, i thought for sure they would have it right by now...wrong!!! at 8pm with a long line, with only 1 register going, but @ least 5 others behind the counter...you would think with all those idiots behind the counter filling bottles one of them would get it right..NOPE!! my script had not been filled...seemed i wasn't the only one as the 4 people ahead of me in that agonizingly slow line had the same sort of problems, & were all unhappy. come on cvs get it together in hillsborough nj...at 8pm on a week day there should be more then 1 register going 1st off...second, why the heck can't you ever get it right????seems like every single time i make the mistake of using cvs because you are around the corner for me there is always some sort of problem!! The pharmacists all acted as they were to good to deal with a customer, thing is they are not!!they must be stupid because they didn't have anyones order right, & seems they never do!!! so sick of cvs in hillsborough nj...i will take the extra time from now on & go somewhere else...YOU ARE THAT BAD!! CAUSE I WILL DO ANYTHING TO SAVE SOME TIME!! NEVER AGAIN BY USING YOU...I WILL USE ANOTHER PHARMACY WHO CAN GET IT RIGHT & SHOWS THE CUSTOMER SOME RESPECT FOR THEIR BUSINESS!!! CAUSE YOU STINK!!! SO BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE @ THE PHARMACY COUNTER, YOU NOW WILL LOSE THE AT LEAST $50 A WEEK BUSINESS YOU GET OUT OF ME WITH YOUR OVER PRICED GROCERIES/NECESSITIES!! I WILL GO TO WALDGREENS...

advertisement still on door for milk $1.99 when you get to the register they tell you well the milk is really $2.99 with use of their card and you get a dollar coupon printed on the register. Then after it rings up and I get the receipt there is no Coupon so the register operator say oh that was last week. I wanted to call 911 but knew that would get me nowhere I am so tired of getting ripped off there is these kinds of bait and switch going on at all the stores I would like to have a number to call please let me know my e-mail is [email protected] my phone 405-625-1769 if you get my voice mail leave me a number to call next time. (I AM TIRED OF FALSE ADVERTISING).

intentional lying by pharmacist
The pharmacist at store #2572 took my prescriptions, and asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and was told it would be about an hour (it was 5:30 pm currently). I sat down in the chairs provided for waiting, and next thing I know, the techs are closing the gating that blocks off the pharmacy counter from the rest of the store (it is now 6 pm). When I got up and asked as to the status of my prescription, they said "sorry, but the pharmacy closes at 6 today" and that it was now too late for them to give me the prescription. The store manager called another, 24-hour, store for me, but since the original store had ALREADY FILLED the prescription, they couldn't help me. This is ridiculous. I was sitting less than 10 feet from the counter for the entire time; on top of that, the staff gave patently false information to me when I dropped off the prescription.

HARASSING PHONE CALLS
SO FAR TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED TWO PHONE CALLS THAT MY PRESCRIPTIONS NEED TO BE REFILLED> THEY WILL JUST KEEP CALLING UNTIL I CALL A SPECIAL 800 NUMBER< WAIT FOR THE STUP{ID COMPUTER, PUSH A BUNCH OF BUTTONS. I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY. WHEN YOUR PILL BOTTLE IS EMPTY...WHAT IDIOT CANNOT SEE THAT. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO CALL ME. THEY MAKE ME SICK. EVERY TIME I ENTER THAT STORE THEY ACT LIKE I AM A THIEF. THEY ARE OVERPRICED. I DESPISE CVS. HOW DARE THEY PUT ME ON A ROBOTIC CALL SERVICE, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I HAVE JUST SPENT 15 MINUTE RE-LISTENING TO THEIR ROBOTS, WRITTING DOWN NUMBERS, ETC...WASTING MY TIME. ...HATE THEM !!!

Prescription Receipts
I have two things I have often wondered about that aggravate me to no end. First, why do the pharmacists have to put so many darn staples in my receipt attached to the bag? It is totally unnecessary to put that many on the bag to hold it together. Are they all just staple happy? Second, why in the world does the print have to be so small? Make the print larger and the advertising of the pharmacy smaller in the blue boxes. Come on - we all know we are getting the prescription from CVS and we all throw the bags away anyway. As I'm sure many people do, I need to submit a claim for my prescriptions and the Authorization number is small enough that I have to use a magnifying glass to read it. And sometimes there is a staple right through the number so when you take it out you can't read several of the numbers. Common sense is obviously a lost art.

B- Ave Store
I purchased $44.77 worth of Merchandise, After writing my check it was put into a machine and I was tolld that my check had been rejected. I asked for the manager and asked her why it was rejected because there is more than enought money to pay $44.77 she told me she did not know. The Check was from Pentagon Federal Credit Union. This institution is not locsated here but in Washington D. C. I cannot see the reason even afrwe she put my Licence numner on the check and verified my address. I have lived here longer than CVS has been here.
